About Wyatt James Schierman

Wyatt James Schierman is a freelance writer from Alberta. He holds a Bachelor's in Political Science, a ​Master's in Public Policy and is a former intern and consultant of The Carter Center, where he worked in election observation. After observing elections in Ukraine, Tunisia and Guyana, he is now completing a development fellowship in Ghana. His writing has appeared in the Ottawa Citizen, the Toronto Star, the Calgary Herald, Canadian Dimension, CBC Opinion and The Hill Times, among others.
