REGINA — The Saskatchewan Party government is to deliver the throne speech today and outline its priorities for the year.
Premier Scott Moe says the government plans to address concerns around affordability.
He says the province is looking at how it could help people struggling with housing costs.
The Opposition NDP says it plans to continue to focus on cost-of-living issues and the province’s struggling health-care system.
Saskatchewan’s hospitals remain short-staffed and some have had to temporarily close in rural areas.
The province is expected to have an election next year.
