Devon Rowcliffe is a freelance political commentator who specializes in the West and Northeast Asia.  His writing has appeared in iPolitics, Tyee, Georgia Straight, Asia Times, Korea Times and Straits Times (Singapore).  Devon holds a master’s degree in political science and Asian studies from the University of Toronto.  He has managed several Green Party campaigns, including a provincial leadership campaign in British Columbia.  Devon currently lives in Toronto.
