EDMONTON — The head of the Alberta Teachers’ Association says it has filed a court challenge against back-to-work legislation that ended a provincewide strike. Jason Schilling says it wants the court to put the law, which uses the notwithstanding clause, on hold pending the challenge. More coming. The Canadian Press
